2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Blitz Parcel's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Blitz Parcel's website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. Service Description

Blitz Parcel is a logistics platform that connects businesses with verified drivers and riders for parcel delivery services. We facilitate the connection between service providers and customers but do not directly provide delivery services.

4. User Responsibilities

For Businesses:

• Provide accurate and complete information about parcels
• Ensure parcels comply with legal requirements and safety standards
• Pay applicable fees according to the chosen subscription plan
• Communicate clearly with assigned drivers

For Drivers:

• Maintain valid licenses and insurance as required
• Provide safe and timely delivery services
• Handle parcels with appropriate care
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from being delivered through our platform:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials
• Perishable items requiring special handling (unless specifically arranged)
• Items exceeding weight or size limits specified in service plans
• Cash or monetary instruments
• Fragile items without proper packaging

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blitz Parcel acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or delay of parcels during delivery
• Actions or omissions of drivers or businesses using our platform
• Disputes arising between businesses and drivers
• Technical issues or service interruptions

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
